We have published an interview with a person who has extensive experience with a specific type of cannabis therapy that is still not common in clinical practice: suppositories. He puts two cannabis extracts in the suppository mixture in varying proportions, according to the individual needs of the patient. One has a high THC content (70% or more) and the other a high CBD content (around 40%). He has managed to help countless oncological and other patients with this method.
The following observations on the treatment of various diseases are told in the first person, because it is a record of a conversation with this healer. Let’s call him the Suppmaster.
The Suppmaster
The Suppmaster uses a sophisticated system whereby he applies suppositories with various levels of active substances (15–50 ml of extract containing THC and CBD). He also works with extracts of various medicinal herbs and mushrooms. Last but not least, he encourages patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing.
His therapy may sound peculiar, perhaps because it draws upon centuries of time-honored wisdom from traditional medicine as well as the latest medical science discoveries in the field of cannabinoid therapy. Interestingly, many of his practical findings correspond with the clinical findings of the world’s prominent researchers, whether it be in the treatment of autism or glioma therapy. Or the impact of chronic stress on our health.
The most effective application of suppositories is always before sleep.
Cannabis suppositories have one major advantage. Unlike traditional methods, where cannabis extracts or dried buds are taken orally or inhaled, suppositories are not intoxicating. As a result, high doses of cannabinoids can be administered without significantly restricting or endangering the patient. Yes, a patient treated with such high-capacity suppositories has THC metabolites in their bloodstream, but they don’t suffer from drowsiness, dizziness, paranoia, or a racing heart – the only change is that they are more relaxed and feel better.
So, check out Suppmaster’s insights on treating several diseases by means of suppositories containing both major cannabinoids.
Note: This is anecdotal information which we are providing to our readers as a service; these are not recommendations, nor an endorsement of his methods. With any disease – especially serious, life-threatening ones – consult a doctor.
Epilepsy
I’ve taken care of many patients who suffer from epilepsy, children and adults. Some of these epileptics have seizures due to brain tumors. Suppositories work for most of them: for children, a weak dose (0.15 ml of cannabis extracts in a suppository) is sufficient. More severe cases require a slightly higher daily dose (0.25 ml of extract).

If a seizure occurs, it can also be effectively stopped with a sublingual preparation – a proper mixture of extracts, either in the form of resin or in oil. Most patients who take suppositories regularly can completely rid themselves of seizures after a very short time. Needless to say, it is necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle, get plenty of rest, sleep well, and avoid exposing the brain to loud music and flashing lights. Do not stare into your mobile phone or computer for long hours. Do not spend too much time in the sun to avoid overheating – drink plenty of fluids during the summer and keep your head cool.
As for herbs for epilepsy, I recommend drinking tea with butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea). It has a beautiful blue color, soothes both the body and mind, and keeps the mind calm all day.
Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease
If severe symptoms are not treated in time, they often turn into cancer, as statistics confirm. In my opinion, all health problems related to digestion have one thing in common: we are unable to process certain information (moreover, it is always those closest to us who affect us most). First of all, we need to get our affairs in order with those who are close to us or with whom we haven’t sorted out certain things, whether in the workplace or in the family.
Most patients take a medium dose of extract in a suppository (0.25 ml) every night. Within the first week they start to feel relief, the consistency of their stool improves. Within a month, most of them start eating regularly again, excreting well, and gaining weight back. As a result, their psyche, which plays an important role in any treatment, will also improve.
Another possible use of cannabis extract is in the treatment of alcoholism.
I also prepare blends of herbs for them to help fix their digestion. Most often it involves extracts of nasturtium (Tropaeolum), hops, comfrey (Symphytum officinale), wormwood (Artemisia), mint, chamomile, sweet flag (Acorus calamus), lapacho, black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia), centaury (Centaurium erythraea), licorice, motherwort (Leonorus), cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa), as well as others.
Autism spectrum disorder
With autistic patients, the treatment depends a lot on age. Children can get better in many aspects; older patients can achieve a better quality of life.
Child patients taking suppositories (0.15 ml) do not cling so much to their patterns, they integrate better into their social groups, they maintain concentration better. Sometimes they even start talking even though they were not able to earlier. It is all about the individual approach and adding appropriate herbs. These include lemon balm (Melissa), skullcap (Scutellaria), gingko, passionflower (Passiflora), lavender, motherwort (Leonurus), and others according to the individual needs of the patient.
Multiple sclerosis
With this disease, it depends at what stage the patient comes. In the beginning, when the symptoms are still mild, it is easier to treat. Most patients are young people, they take suppositories regularly: weaker ones in the summer (0.25 ml), while for the winter the dose is individually increased a little.

In more severe cases, suppositories with a medium dose of the extract are taken at night (0.25 to 0.4 ml), and when the disease worsens, one more suppository is added during the day. At night, some also apply a microdose of the extract under the tongue, either pure or in oil. Thanks to cannabis, most of them manage to slow down the progression of MS and greatly improve their health.
Cancer treatment: suppositories, sprays, ointments, impregnated gauzes
Cannabis is of great use in the treatment of cancer. A good example is breast cancer. Whether it is an aggressive type of tumor or a less aggressive one, patients take stronger suppositories (0.5 ml).
The most effective application of suppositories is always before sleep. The body heals mainly at night, every single hour our organs are cleansed.
In addition, I tailor a mix of herbs and mushrooms via tinctures and sprays. For herbs, the most common ones are roseroot (Rhodiola rosea), skullcap (Scutellaria), cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa), mistletoe, turmeric, dandelion, cuti cuti (a species of lip fern, Myriopteris myriophylla), mulberry, five-leaf ginseng (jiaogulan, Gynostemma pentaphyllum), and others. In addition to those, I use algae such as chlorella; and mushrooms, for example oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) and chaga (Inonotus obliquus).
I recommend oral applications in the form of tincture and spray, as well as ointments and gauzes impregnated with ointments.
In this way, I’ve been able to cure many breast cancer patients who refused any chemical treatment. Likewise, the combination of suppositories and chemotherapy, or surgery, has been able to cure patients who were already at an advanced stage. It is, of course, ideal for the psyche and for the success of treatment if the doctor is in favor of cannabis therapy or is not opposed to combining it with conventional therapy.
Cancer and mental health
Speaking of mental health, I’d like to point out that in my opinion, many women with breast cancer have not sorted out their relationship issues with their children, partners, or parents. They have allowed themselves to be exposed to long-term stress that has compromised their immunity. If we don’t deal with stress as soon as possible, it disrupts the basic pattern of response in the body, and then certain self-destruction occurs.
Therefore, regular mental cleansing is important. This has been recommended by healers since ancient times. It is good to cleanse the soul of an overgrown ego, to stop chasing after possessions and titles, and to realize that money cannot buy the most valuable thing one can have: a healthy and loving family.
Cancer and diet
Cancer patients also need to change their diet: cut out all excess sugar and polysaccharides (starches), as cancer cells like sugar even more than healthy cells. I also recommend eliminating red meat, as it takes a lot of energy to digest, and to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and easily digestible food so that energy is directed not only to digestion but also to healing.
For patients with brain tumors, I prepare a special nasal spray and eye drops with cannabinoids in addition to suppositories.
There are many variations of cancer diets available on the internet, but I try to tailor the diet to every patient individually. Everyone has a different lifestyle, so no single diet works for everyone. It is important to learn to listen to our body’s signals – we tend to ignore them.
We need to relax more and do what is best not only for the body, but also for the soul. What is essential in treatment is quality sleep of at least eight hours a day, having positive energy around us, no stress in our immediate circle, lots of love from family and loved ones, and having something to look forward to in the future….
Brain tumors
Cancer patients who suffer from a serious type and course of the disease ought to use much higher percentages of THC. This means up to three parts of strong THC extract to one part of CBD extract.

For patients with brain tumors, treatment is more challenging due to the blood-brain barrier, which restricts the passage of many molecules to the brain. There are many types of tumors that can be cured, and even the growth of malignant gliomas and glioblastomas can be suppressed. My longest living glioblastoma patient, where doctors say the average life expectancy is one year, lived for seven years.
For such patients, I prepare a special nasal spray and eye drops in addition to suppositories. The spray and drops ensure that the active substances from the cannabis plant reach the brain via the optic nerve or the nose. This application seems to be effective also because the patients do not experience any mental effects in this way – just like with suppositories.
I believe that one day, in collaboration with doctors dealing with these aggressive types of tumors, we will find common ground and be able to inject cannabinoid drugs directly into the tumors, thus effectively destroying them.
Cancer patients who suffer from a serious type and course of the disease ought to use much higher percentages of THC.
I should add that with this very challenging type of cancer, the patient really has to take care of their body and their psyche. The slightest stress can reactivate the tumor. Even after cure, it is good to undertake regular maintenance treatment (0.25 ml per night). I recommend frequent walks in the woods, practice cold exposure, and do sports.
Chronic pain
One patient of mine, a theatre director who recently celebrated her 90th birthday, had spinal disc and vertebrae calcification due to her age and was suffering from chronic pain. Her doctor said that this was normal given her age, so she’d put her on painkillers, eventually opiates and morphine, and she gave her a maximum of six months.
She was in great pain and bedridden, so she started taking medium suppositories (0.25 ml) every day as well as calcium in the form of ground up home-grown eggshells to replenish the calcium levels in her body. It has been three years since she started taking the suppositories, and now she is up and walking well for her age. The pain has stopped complicating her life so much and the suppositories also take care of her pancreas, which is not working as well as it should be due to her age.
Recovery after injury
I also treat many top athletes who have suffered serious injuries and traumas. Thanks to suppositories and other supplements, their recovery was faster after surgeries of torn muscles, ligaments, fractures, etc. Their recovery time before going back to full activity was cut in half.
Alcohol addiction
Another possible use of cannabis extract is in the treatment of alcoholism. A patient of mine who had been treated for alcohol abuse started drinking again due to stress at work. In times of stress, alcohol became a crutch that ultimately led to his downfall again.
After he had a breakdown, he asked me for help. He was scared of the whole process of treatment he was too familiar with – the detox, transfer to rehab, separation from family and friends for many months…. I explained to him how the suppositories work in the body, that they do not allow the onset of stress. He started taking a medium dose (0.25 ml), and his whole family expected withdrawal symptoms to occur because he was not taking any medications.

After a week at home, he had no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever and did not need to see a doctor. After a fortnight he returned to work, where he took a suppository before his shift, and managed everything without stress and without alcohol. Today he takes suppositories occasionally, sometimes more regularly, depending on how demanding his work and private life gets. He hasn’t had a drink for a year, is doing great at work, is expecting a child and getting married. He knows now that when he’s in trouble, it’s better to use natural remedies instead of alcohol.
Covid and post-Covid syndrome
I’ve had dozens of patients during the Covid era, and I deal with its aftereffects in my patients basically to this day. Patients with both mild and severe cases of the disease took suppositories (sometimes they had their family bring their suppositories to the hospital). Most of the time, medium strength ones (0.25 ml) were enough, and the patients were fine within a week.
When treating the lungs, I prepare herbs in addition to suppositories. In order to regenerate the “lung tree”, as I call it, I use lungwort (Pulmonaria), passionflower (Passiflora), mint, willowherb (Epilobium), hops, linden, hawthorn, and others, depending on the extent of lung damage. I also recommend walks in the woods and getting fresh air.
A few notes in conclusion
I’ve been applying cannabis extract in suppositories for so long that I could write statistics for many hundreds of pages. I know which medicines can be immediately replaced by the extract and which ones can be gradually reduced or discontinued.
At the same time, statistics tell me that it is not advisable to take other medicines at the same hour as the suppositories. The reason is to avoid any unwanted medical interactions.
I’ve also noticed that our immunity is weaker in the winter – this is when we often get sick. Therefore, many people apply a monthly dose of medium strong suppositories (0.25 ml) for the winter. We need to pamper our bodies over the winter!
Even after cure, it is good to undertake regular maintenance treatment (0.25 ml per night).
Some practical findings are surprising. For example, I can say that in older people who have lived healthier most of their lives than today’s generation, the rectally administered extract works faster than in younger people.
Anyway, it’s nice to see the constant developments in cannabis treatment. And I’m glad that nowadays even doctors are more cooperative and not afraid to prescribe cannabis. Treatment with cannabis extracts has a great future, especially if we administer them in abundant amounts via suppositories.
